Lipetsk Company “Ovoshchi Chernozemiya” will launch the 1st stage of a greenhouse complex in July 2017

“Ovoshchi Chernozemiya”, which implements the project for the construction of year-round greenhouse for tomato cultivation with the capacity of 60k tonnes a year in Usmanskiy district of Lipetsk region, will put in commission the 1st construction stage this summer, according to the General Director of the company, Aleksandr Odintsov.
“The works are progressing as scheduled. We do not meet any challenges. For now, it is difficult to specify the exact date, but we are expecting to launch the 1st stage of 30 ha in July” – reported Mr Odintsov.
Let us recall, that the modern greenhouse complex will be located on the territory of 85 ha. The greenhouse construction will be implemented gradually; it will be equipped with supplementary lighting and computerized microclimate management. A distribution centre with the area of 10k sq. metres will be also located there. The investor of the project is the greenhouse complex “Ovoshchi Chernozemiya”, which is a part of the agroindustrial holding “ECO-culture”. The overall budget of the project amounts to 23 billion RUB, the major share of lending is allocated by “Rosselkhozbank”.
As it was informed earlier, the new agricultural enterprise will provide 1128 working places. The bank expects to allocate 7 mio. RUB for the construction of the 1st stage. The project will last for 3 years. Full implementation is expected by 2019.
According to data of “Kommersant Kartoteka”, the company “Ovoshchi Chernozemiya” was founded in 2012, with registered capital of 11k RUB. Main activity area – greenhouse cultivation. The company is also engaged in construction, food wholesale distribution and non-food goods. The director of the company is Aleksandr Odintsov. The co-founders of the company are “Parus” (50% ), “Eco-culture” (49.9%) and “RSHB-Finance” (0.1%).
